A. If the residual bone is very small (2-3mm), use a HATCH REAMER smaller than the implant diameter (based on the final reamer). Plant it after use. If the initial fixation is not strong enough, you can get a good initial fixation by removing the impulse and replanting it after a few rounds of circumstance at 50 RPM with the final drill before implanting.
