Q. I think the bones are pushed out a lot (Wouldn't the colossus be better if the bone didn't come out?)


A. The groove length of HATCH REAMER is 7mm and this groove is too much maxillary sinus elevation and bone grafting above the impulse due to the forward force when simultaneously the maxillary sinus elevation and bone graft are performed. It is an outlet for balancing the pressure and force to enable the elevation and bone graft. This is why the membrane sometimes tears when using conventional bone condenser. HATCH REAMER enters while removing the bone fragments implanted for the colossus, but the end mill groove is 1/4 of the circle and 3/4 of the HATCH REAMER is blocked, so the upward force is applied to the block.
