Thank you for making a good product once.

Not long ago, the implant was placed using a hatch reamer.

Hatch formation was done with a 4.0 hatch reamer and bone graft was performed with a 3.5 hatch reamer.

The remaining bone was about 6mm, but it was raised to 10mm and planted 4.8 * 10mm fixtures.

The goal was Nuos.

But there is a concern.

Once the bone graft takes a long time.

I've transplanted almost 0.5 g of Nuos, and it seems that I made a round trip with a hatch reamer 8-10 times.

Also, shake off the nuos between the reamers, mix it with clean nuos and transplant it again. As a result, the nuos particles are crushed and become powdery.

Anyway, I transplanted it but I felt a little steamed.

In the manual, one goal is scored and each 2mm is raised to finish 3-4 times.

I wonder if it's the right thing to do a bone graft many times like me,

Maintaining a porous structure is advantageous for bone formation

I wonder if it's okay if the bones break down during the transplant.

Or is there a way to avoid it ...

Also, if you have a good graft when using the hatch reamer, please recommend it.
