In case of being caught by adjacent teeth or surrounding structures, I am using an extension.
Sometimes you just can't use it because it's adjacent, and it's too long
It may be difficult to write due to clam teeth.
In this case, the hatch reamer is used while being tilted in the extension state.
Occasionally, the hole gets wider, causing serious problems with the initial fixation.
Do you have any shorter middle length extension than now?
