As you know, the hatch reamer is not the center of the reamer

Dia Reamer is an indentation for securing the position of hatch reamer rotation.

50RPM is usually enough without weeks, but sometimes it is used at 100RPM for hard bones or slopes.

When doubling is difficult, the field of view is difficult, so it is used for short term positioning without doubling.

After securing the primary position, you can lower the RPM to expand it further.
