Congratulations and thank you for your first successful surgery.

Indentation marking is very important for the hatch reamer to maintain a stable rotational position because the initial point of action (CA) is on the side.

It is the purpose of using Dia-Reamer of Round Bur, Express KIT.

If you use the hatch reamer, you may feel empty and you may not be able to delete it.

This is because the original point of action (CA) rotates in a position that is not in contact with the bone.

This situation sometimes occurs during surgery.

This is due to the fact that there is only one point of action on the side of the center of rotation, in which case you can feel the position of the hatch reamer in contact by turning the handpiece in a circle around the reaming head of the reamer.

Rotate the hatch reamer in this position and slowly move it to the normal position to form the hatch without slipping.

I've raised up to 500 RPM, but fortunately I'm glad there's no damage, but the hatch reamer is a device for safe surgery, not a quick delete because it has a large bone removal ability.

I look forward to surgery more slowly next time.

The new HATCH REAMER Express is a much more efficient deleter, but it cannot be compared to a Twist drill.

If you give a little time, you can have a safer operation.

As a result of the surgery, the shape change of the photo is the change before the bone chip mixed with blood stabilizes the shape after surgery.

Thank you.
