Thank you for your question.

In most cases, it's difficult for me to be a teacher.

In particular, it is difficult to use precisely due to the small opening.

I think there would be an intermediate reamer, but as I said before, there are difficulties.

Hatch reamers are individually produced, making it difficult to produce small quantities.

(Increase of production cost in small quantity production. Long-term storage of small quantity demand product in mass production.)

We will listen to the various teachers and make a production plan.

At present, the hatch reamer is directly formed with the desired diameter of the hatch. If the hole is expected to be widened, it is approached by a small hatch reamer and the hatch reamer is formed at the end.

Proper use of the Hand extension in the kit can be difficult, but there are ways to overcome it.

If the handpiece is caught by the 10th tooth because of the placement position during the 20th operation (I have experienced it too !!!)

If not, position the surgery in direction 20.

In my case, I will check the patient's aperture when making an appointment, and if in doubt I will use it as if I had a device in my handpiece.

¡°I have a small mouth or a bad mouth.¡± It's really hard.
