I am a Hatch Reamer developer.

The surgery went well, but it seemed to be a little hard in the process.

While removing it with a twist drill, the dense bone feels like a very delicate coriander (?).

Good results are expected.

1) After dia-drill, I deleted the bone from the tooth adjustment with the hatch reamer, but the bone was not deleted (50RPM 45N / cm)

So I drilled with an implant twist drill to a tentative height with 4.3 drills and then started deleting with a 4.0 hatch reamer.

While deleting, the maxillary sinus constriction met. When we meet the dense bone, the hatch reamer couldn't delete it

Turned around. So I removed a bit of maxillary sinus bone with a twist drill and used a hatch hammer to open the hatch.

Can't I just delete a goal with a hatch reamer? I can not delete the setting value even if I set 200 RPM 20N / cm

*** The hatch reamer has the first cutting edge (Cutting Angle) on the side instead of the center.

Flat Reaming Edge is responsible for the removal of internal combustion.

Therefore, when the reamer first comes in contact with the clear and good dense bone like the patient, the flat surface is in contact.

I can't delete it, it feels like it seems.

In this case, if you rotate the handpiece combined with the hatch reamer while rotating, the CA will come into contact with and delete it.

If you rotate the handpiece and move forward, it will be deleted.

After a while, even if you do not turn the dense bone is removed and you can feel the hatch open.

The director seems to know and feel the process of hatch formation and opening already, so if the deletion is not good or can not move forward

If you try this method, I don't think there will be any open bone.
